ABOUT KRISTEN MOHR
Kristen Mohr primarily focuses her practice on civil litigation related to complex corporate disputes, Title IX matters, sexual misconduct, employment discrimination, and defamation. She also hands student-athlete representation from university misconduct disputes to NIL representation. She has represented a wide range of clients, including high-profile athletes, prominent university figures, and corporations across the country. Kristen has also devoted a large portion of her career to representing those wrongfully accused or convicted.
As a former Division I and professional athlete, and one of the top equestrian recruits in the country, Kristen brings a valuable perspective and understanding of what is needed to successfully represent her clients in even the most high-profile cases. Kristen’s past experiences as an athlete and her vast understanding of the college landscape have allowed her to obtain favorable Title IX and misconduct outcomes at some of the most prominent colleges and universities across the country, as well as represent clients in corporate disputes against some of the largest companies in the world.
